what can you not eat now?

I can't do yogurt. My husband (RNY) practically lives of the stuff right now (he's 3 months out) and I used to love it. One container only has 8g carbs and 13g protein (dannon light & fit) so it isn't a bad food. 

Oh and beans. And simple carbs. And tomato sauce. I'm sure i'm forgetting something. But i'm only 8 months out so I keep trying!

My husband can't do garlic.

Nothing yet, and I am 7 years out. Rice can make me bloaty so I eat only a teeny bit and focus on the protein that comes with it (meat, beans, cheese).

I had the kick-butt duodenal switch (DS)!

I am slightly over 5 months out and I can eat anything.  I choose not to eat some things - but there doesn't seem to be anything that is off limits!
