so how bad can I be, well today is going to bite me in the butt, lol
Bites:

chocolate bar
2 pieces of fried bannock
mini bag of chips
lasagna about 1/2 the serving
so no protein shake, nothing healthy - was definitely a free for all kind of day - and it will get me lol
Vites: bedtime yet
Exercites: day off, everything hurts
went to see grandkids today and totally had a fantastic time, hadn't seen them since Christmas day. So pretty happy.
