S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
L - protein shake (30g)
S - chef salad
D - turkey cutlet w/cream of mushroom soup gravy
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and leaning push-ups

ok back to a day behind, I missed yesterday - Noreen the bunnies ears are the first to go. lol and your weather sounds aweful, be safe.

Bites:

protein shake

chicken sandwich

small bag of chips

sausage slices of turkey, cheese and pickles

a few nuts

apple

Vites: all in

Exercites: went to a gym in the morning with a friend and then went to aquasize and swam 4 laps - had to go pee, lol and didn't want to get back into my wet suit so called it a day.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Highs in the 40s and low 50s this weekend but then everything gets spoiled with turning the clock forward.  Ugh!

most of the day was good but fell off the wagon at work.
