EXERCITES:

Hello Everyone

I had to go to Los Angeles yeterday for a check-up with my surgeon (9 months next week). He said I am doing fabulous and will do labs next time in June (12 months). Did them at six months. I officially hit 199 yesterday! Yay finally in onederland. Thanks for all the support!

D - BBQ from last night (late night due to football tryouts with grandson Bubba)

Got to work ok, but 8" of snow landed making trip home scary.

Driving in all this stuff is bad news. I'm glad you got home safely. I think everything will be closed again in and around DC tomorrow. All the school systems have already closed.
