The best (though not perfect) list of DS surgeons is at dsfacts. You would need to call the offices of those surgeons in your area and ask if they accept Medicare.
the best DS surgeon in TX and only one that I would recommend is Dr. Ayoola in Denton. I don't know whether or not he accepts Medicare but his office staff would surely know.
