dairy queen, burger, onion rings and sundae

Exercites: walked to mile on a track and 40 min with my trainer

the new shake thing I put in less almond milk, frozen banana and strawberries and protein powder and it comes out like a shake, I don't now if it is the banana or less milk but it is soooo good, my new favorite thing
Ahh, I see. I couldn't do the banana but strawberries or blueberries would be good!
