Hello everyone.
Bites:
protein shake - it was super thick like a shake it was awesome
chicken burger - hubby made lunch
greek salad - small bowl
small bag of chips
protein shake, thick again
small bowl of cereal - lucky charms lol
Vites: most of them in, it was close lol
Exercites: 45 min aquasize and I did 6 laps in the pool
