S - Greek yogurt
D - leftover Chinese food
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day

I'm checking in for Thursday, when I work til 11pm and then get home I forget to log on, so this works best for me

Bites:
creamcheese pancakes with maple syrup 

chocolate protein shake

chicken caesar salad

2 homemade muffins- made with applesauce and oat flour

turkey sausage, couple pieces of brick cheese and some cucumber

yogurt

2 small lunch size bags of chips during the evening at work

chocolate bar

and a 1/2 small bag of popcorn twists, I wish I could explain what they are but the best I can do is they are fluffy melt in your mouth popcorn, no kernals

oh a a pear

Vites: all in

Exercites: 32 min interval training

The popcorn twists intrigue me.  I'm thinking puffy Cheetos without the cheese.  lol

B - Premier protein shake

S - cashews

L - sausage, bacon and egg burrito (inside only, no tortilla)

S - cashews

D - not sure yet, may bbq a steak with some veggies

S - cheese stick or greek lite and fit yogurt

OMG felt sick all day yesterday from the mess up the night before. Ugh! I cant believe I did that to myself. Thanks for the support.

BTW - where do you find carb smart ice cream, I havent been able to find it. I used to eat it years ago, but I have looked at Walmart and FoodMaxx, nothing!

Howdy. Took the day off from work. Met with contractors for a new garage door, had car in the shop, and even squeezed in a little "me" time.
