S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for probiotic
S - sunflower seeds
L - chili
S - sunflower seeds
S - Greek yogurt
D - fish nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day

B - Premier protein shake

S - cashews

L - greek yogurt and cheese stick

D - lemon pepper chicken

S - taziki and a few pita chips

Missed last nights vitamins. I had a few bites of ice cream after dinner and got too full and threw up....no water or anything after that didn't feel well. First time I  threw up since the first couple months after surgery. It wasnt pretty but a wake up call. Dont want that to happen again. Must not overeat or drink right after eating ever!

Sorry. It happens, just one thing too much and there it all goes. I guess the lesson learned is to slow down and let the full feeling sink in.
