S - beef jerky
L - egg and sausage
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for probiotic
S - popcorn
D - chicken stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day...50 or so leaning push-up

Happy Thursday everyone,

Bites:
protein shake - chocolate with coffee in it

pasta and salmon salad - all gone

orange

finished off some of the protein shake

pork chops in mushroom gravy with perogies and cauliflower

few cheezies with a game of scrabble

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

Feeling better, not totally but getting there.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
