D - chicken stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream

morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day

S - jerky (second snack due to late dinner due to grandson's baseball game)

D - chicken and vegetables (smart one frozen dinner, never tried one)

You must live in a very warm region to be having baseball practice. We're in the negative temps due to wind chill.  Brrr!

I live in California. It is in the 40's still in the evenings and mornings, but around 70 during the day. Spring had come early this year.

Taco Bell drive thru ( Hubs working 'til midnight)

Nacho platter w/ extra meat, ate all the meat & toppings, left most the chips

Baja chicken chalupa. Ate the insides, plus a few bites of the soft shell

Missed last night, to exhausted, it was a tough night for me.

Had the day off, first one in six and back at it tomorrow, hope I can keep at this pace, mental health is getting affected

Bites:

protein shake with lots of frozen fruit

small bowl of cereal

pear

1/2 sandwich and some fries- went out with a friend for lunch

chocolate bar

ice cream

trail mix

protein shake - I made two in the morning so this was the other one

1/2 chicken sandwich with a slice of brick cheese

Vites: missed supper

Exercites: none

I plan on having a sleep in tomorrow I don't start til 3pm so more rest, rest, rest

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
