Missed last night, to exhausted, it was a tough night for me.
Had the day off, first one in six and back at it tomorrow, hope I can keep at this pace, mental health is getting affected
Bites:
protein shake with lots of frozen fruit
small bowl of cereal
pear
1/2 sandwich and some fries- went out with a friend for lunch
chocolate bar
ice cream
trail mix
protein shake - I made two in the morning so this was the other one
1/2 chicken sandwich with a slice of brick cheese
Vites: missed supper
Exercites: none
I plan on having a sleep in tomorrow I don't start til 3pm so more rest, rest, rest
