S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for probiotic
S - beef jerky
L - chef salad
S - popcorn
D - turkey cutlet w/cream of mushroom soup gravy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day...50 or so leaning push-up

Happy Tuesday everyone, mmmm turkey cutlet with mushroom soup gravy, sounds good - add a few perogies and I would be good to go.

Bites:

Protein shake

orange juice

stew and 1 1/2 slices bread 

popcorn twists small bowl

Night Shift eating below

apple and cheese

peanut butter and honey sandwich

orange

4 cookies

protein shake

soup and crackers

banana

Vites: all in and some cold meds too.

Exercites: none, sneezing should count lol

Going to bed soon, will check back in tomorrow

S - pecans

L - vegetable soup ( Stew meat, carrots, onions and a few bites of potatoes)

S - pecans

D - shrimp ****tail homemade mexican style (shrimp, cucumber, onion, cilantro and spicy V-8 juice)

S - cheese stick if I need anything
