Happy Friday everyone, we are getting lots of snow, it looks nice, just not so good to drive in.

2 sausages and an egg and 1/2 slice of toast
2 protein shakes- went and picked up some new protein powder
couple pieces of cucumber, 2 small tomatoes, and an apple and couple slices of cheese

Vites: missed supper - yet again
Exercites: swam laps at the pool for 30 min- it is getting better, practising twice a week
