S - 2nd & 3d protein coffees (60g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for probiotic
L - egg and sausage
S - popcorn
D - 2 all beef hotdogs
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - sunflower seeds

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day...50 or so leaning push-up

Happy Wednesday everyone,

Bites: for yesterday - I slept most of the day so the list is short lol that doesn't happen often

pasta and salmon salad - leftovers from the other day (small bowl)

meatloaf and potatoes and cream corn - ate to much- had to have seconds

ice cream cone

pretzels with a game of scrabble

lots of fluids

Vites: all in

Exercites: none - waiting til I feel better

B - Premier Protein shake

S - pecans and cheese slices (snack day at work)

L - shrimp ****tail (leftover from lastnight, soooo good)

S - pecans

D - vegetable soup (leftover from Monday)

S - yogurt or cheese stick

Wait 'till you read what I had for dinner. LOL. Hubs is working until midnight, so I basically cleaned out the fridge.

greek yogurt w/ blueberries & almonds

dinner: 2 leftover chicken tenders, found a baggie w/ cooked bacon, ate that, deli ham, Swiss cheese, roasted salted pecans, end slice of leftover meatloaf
