Happy Wednesday everyone,
Bites: for yesterday - I slept most of the day so the list is short lol that doesn't happen often
pasta and salmon salad - leftovers from the other day (small bowl)
meatloaf and potatoes and cream corn - ate to much- had to have seconds
ice cream cone
pretzels with a game of scrabble
lots of fluids

Exercites: none - waiting til I feel better

Wait 'till you read what I had for dinner. LOL. Hubs is working until midnight, so I basically cleaned out the fridge.
