***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites_2/4/2015***

Hi guys,
This was the plan but I totally fell off the wagon today.  Back at it on Thursday.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 1 protein coffee (30g)
S - 2nd & 3d 1/2 scoop protein coffees (30g)
S - boiled egg
L - tuna, salad or protein shake (30g)
S - ham
D - fish nuggets
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and about 50 leaning push-ups

Happy Wednesday everyone

Bites: Slept til 4pm 

pork chop with rice and baby carrots ( tried a new recipe using apricot sugarless jam for flavour for pork chops and carrots)- was nice

few cheezies

small sundae

Vites: missed supper

Exercites: walk/jogged a mile on the treadmill, 45 min aquasize and 15 minutes of lap swimming

pretty sure I am going to die, training for the triathlon, just saying lol

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - mixed nuts

L - greek yogurt and cheese stick

S - mixed nuts

D - shredded beef and beans (Bunco tonight with the ladies) Avoiding the bread, macaroni salad, etc.

S - probably wont have one - will be full

I ate the beef and a few beans. Great! Then I ate a cookie from Smith's Bakery.  I could pass up just about anything, but not this.  They are a local bakery in my town for many years and the hostess had my favortie kind.  As a result, I have been sick all morning with a stomach ache!

Trying to get ahead of my osteoporosis by reading, reading, reading. Seems like the more I read, the more confused I become on how to fix it.

I don't think anyone really knows how to treat osteoporosis and they definitely don't know what will work for malabsorbers.

Good to know. I'm going to try and stop the bone leeching with a K1, K2, 100,000 D3, Boron, & cit mag. Hopefully the new rhumololgist supports and can guide me.
