S - boiled egg
L - tuna
S - popcorn
S - SF pudding
D - chicken stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and about 50 leaning push-ups

Feeling: sore and tired, off night shifts til next weekend again

B - Premier protein shake

S - mixed nuts

L - greek yogurt and cheese stick (don't feel like meat)

S - mixed nuts

D - leftover bbq chicken and brocoli

S - taziki and a few pita chips or cheese stick

By the way, I looked up the crack slaw recipe, it looks really good.  I will have to try that soon.

small cup of sausage & lentil soup

unsweetened Apple sauce

Small square of blueberry coffee cake 

last of the leftover Crack Slaw. Still very yummy

5 cheese crackers

I'm not talented enough to figure out how to send you a link. For the Crack Slaw go to Food.com. I used 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef & 3/4 bag of slaw mix.

I searched it on here OH and it came up.  It looks really yummy. Another one that also came up and looked good was heroin chicken or something like that.  Check it out!
