L - 2 sausage patties and an egg
S - 1 Babybel cheese round
S - 2 boiled eggs
D - meat loaf and green beans
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and 50 leaning push-ups done during the day

Exercites: 20 min of lane swimming - I am going to die- I need lots of practise 200 metres is a lot

I have Saturday off because I am back to the grave shift on Sunday and Monday. I will rest tomorrow

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

B - Premier Protein Shake

S - 2 cheese sticks

L - 1 chicken tender and a greek lite and fit yogurt

S - nothing (too full)

D - mexican with friends (fajitas, beans, with no rice)

S - none

By the way I made vegetable soup lastnight.  It was delicious, but I need to add more meat next time. Too many vegetables and not enough meat ratio.

I'm thinking of using both beef and chicken in my next batch of soup, almost like good ol' North Carolina Brunswick stew.
