Happy Sunday and February 1st.
Well I am excited about this month, we are having our Christmas party for work, which is going to be in a very nice restaurant.
It is the love month, I want to plan something nice to do with my husband, maybe go to a movie and coffee.
anyway my bites for yesterday:)
bacon, eggs, and slice of toast
2 protein shakes throughout the day
hickory sticks for scrabble
chocolates - where did they come from, LOL
small bowl of hamburger helper with a slice of bread
tomato, bacon, cheese sandwich
and to much pop today

Exercites: 30 min interval training - very sore, I am taking Sunday off to rest my aches and pains
Well all is well here, been getting lots of rest, start graveyard shift tonight, so crazy schedule

Someone posted a low carb dinner recipe named "Crack Slaw". I made it tonight. It was really good. Kind of reminded me of Moo Shu Beef.
Double protein decaf coffee
Breakfast @ the diner w/ hubs:
sandwich w/ 2 fried eggs, a huge slice of scrapple, cheese, on rye toast. Threw out 3/4 of the bread. Took 2 hours to eat this

I see you drink this protein coffee often. Is it a particular brand? I find that I love coffee now, way more than before DS. I love the flavors.
Bites:
breakfast - premier protein
snack - starbucks grande flat white
snack - zipfizz
snacking all day - superbowl - all meat pizza toppings from 1 slice pizza, bag of quest salt and vinegar chips, over medium egg woth shredded cheese
evening food - 2 almond flour shortbread cookies (low carb, homemade) and one 1"x1" square homemade low carb carrot cake
Vites - all in
Exercites - off day, sore from yesterday

I usually use either powdered Syntrax Nectar vanilla or cappuccino for coffee. I mix the protein slurry with heavy whipping cream and water or 1/2 & 1/2, then pour the brewed coffee over top.
