Bites:

Protein shake

oatmeal

leftover chicken, potatoes and beans

burger and a few fries

chocolate marshmallow treat

homemade muffin

1/2 bagel

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min interval training with my trainer

Feelings: my body is sore and I'm tired, back to graveshift tomorrow night again for a couple, so crazy schedule

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Sorry your dinner wasn't good Gina. Italian is not my favorite. Never been a pasta fan.

Some sort of grilled chicken w/ goat cheese & basil. Very tasty 

cup of spicy sausage lentil soup. 

2 chocolates

small thin slice of pound cake

Oh, sorry. It was a great meal and wonderful restaurant, it just wasn't according to plan but very worth it.  "Mama" said I could have the homemade pasta because she could tell I rarely ate pasta. lol

They make a noodle-less lasagna I plan on trying next.
