D - pork chop with mushroom & cream gravy
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and about 50 leaning push-ups

Sorry for the late post.  Having a little trouble sleeping. Totally passed out last night. Nope, didn't stay asleep. No worries, there's always another chance tonight.
