B - 1 protein coffee (30g)
S - 2nd & 3d 1/2 scoop protein coffees (30g)
S - 1 Babybel cheese round
S - 1 boiled egg
L - 2 sausage patties and as egg
S - 1 Babybel cheese round
S - 2 boiled eggs
D - chef salad
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and 50 leaning push-ups done during the day

Feelings: things are good

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - almonds

L - 2 small chicken tenders

S - cheese stick

D - not sure yet, maybe sausage and eggs again...nothing prepared

S - half an orange (need the vitamin C a little under the weather) and missing my fruit

Vites: forgot this morning, will do a batch when I get home and again at bed

Fluids: in progress

It's almost Friday ladies! Yay!

Good job. You could have that little bit of citrus fruit when you take your iron, it would be perfect.

I am not taking iron 

I take multi 2x, calcium 3x (post menopause) , D3 (included with multi and calcium) and only one B complex (b6, b12, etc.) B was high on last labs

I have not started taking iron, A, E or K yet. So far labs good. Get them done again in a few weeks, will make adjustments accordingly.

Nurse @ my Drs office called with results of some lab work. "Your vitamin D is a little low. The doctor wants you to start taking 2,000mg." Me: "I already take 50,000"  dead silence......Nurse: " that's way too high, who told you to take that much."    I just chuckled inside.

lol   Do they hear the absurdity of their comments? "Um...your D3 is a little low. Why are you taking so much D?"  o_0  I bet if you told her that's the recommendation of the national wl surgeon's association for your type of WL surgery you would still get, "that's too much" because her 20 year old textbook said so.
