Energy Level Post Out 3 or more years

How is everyone energy level.  Are you going to bed what seem to be normal time after 10 at night or do you burn and crash early.  I have heard some people taking power naps but my naps after 7, turns into deep sleep for 3 or more hours.

How does your body respond with energy when you get under the weather?  Do you tend to need more sleep, as though your body need time to heal itself?

I take B supplements, and some B12

I have incredible energy, but once I set my brain to rest in the evening, I crash around 10-11 and it's usually toe-up on the couch with Hubs waking me to go to bed.  I cannot tell you how my body responds when I'm under the weather because vitamins keep my immunity strong and I very rarely get sick...ever...I can count on one hand how many times in the last 9 years.

I do 100g of protein (from food) and one B12 pill in addition to my other vitamins.  I sleep HARD for a good 5 hrs, then start waking gradually, drifting in and out of sleep for a couple of hours until I have to pee.

Yes that is what I have noticed as well.  I sleep HARD.  I wonder why do I get colds...they are generally normal, but it seem like other people who take all these vitamins haven't had a cold in years or its rare.

Last night I went to sleep at 800, and then I woke up at 2 for an hour, and then I went back to sleep at 3 and woke up a 4...

I guess what I hate is I go to sleep so early, instead of around 10;30 or so

I can count on one hand how many colds I've had in the last decade, even before my DS.  The key is keeping your immunity up, and the vitamins play a key role, especially D and zinc for that.  If I feel the slightest bit "off" before the sick gets a hold of me, I eat a clove of garlic or a garlic pill.  I feel "off " for a couple of days but never get the cold.  It's my trick.

I have more energy than anyone else I know in my age group.  I can easily work all day and party half the night.  I usually go to bed around 2am and get up at 9 or 10am.
