BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 1 protein coffee (30g)
S - 2nd & 3d 1/2 scoop protein coffees (30g)
S - Babybel cheese round
L - 4oz tuna
S - Babybel cheese round
D - 4 oz stir fry chicken w/bok choy and bamboo shoots, and a fresh tomato w/mayo
S - a small portion of peanuts

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and 50 leaning push-ups done during the day

L - chicken tender and cheese stick or yogurt

D - Not Sure yet? I think two small sausage patties and scrambled eggs sounds good

Happy Wed everyone,

sorry about missing I haven't been tracking since Monday

So

Bites:

protein shake

yogurt

meatloaf and mac n cheese with veggies

small sundae at dairy queen

Vites: missed supper - I slept til 4pm after getting off the graveyard shift

Exercites: well I signed up for a triathlon and am in training even though the official training takes place March 29th I thought I would see where I'm at , so I biked 6 km in 26 mins. lots of room for improvement and and swimming will take a while but I know have goggles and a great aquasize trainer that will swim laps with me after class, and I have not done the 2 km run/walk yet and so I need to time myself with that, then I will have some numbers to start with. The race will be May 24th so I have time to train, I am pretty excited. My interval trainer and I are going to do it together.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Good luck! That sounds like great exercise regardless of how it turns out.....good motivator.
