Happy Wed everyone,
sorry about missing I haven't been tracking since Monday
So
Bites:
protein shake
yogurt
meatloaf and mac n cheese with veggies
small sundae at dairy queen
Vites: missed supper - I slept til 4pm after getting off the graveyard shift
Exercites: well I signed up for a triathlon and am in training even though the official training takes place March 29th I thought I would see where I'm at , so I biked 6 km in 26 mins. lots of room for improvement and and swimming will take a while but I know have goggles and a great aquasize trainer that will swim laps with me after class, and I have not done the 2 km run/walk yet and so I need to time myself with that, then I will have some numbers to start with. The race will be May 24th so I have time to train, I am pretty excited. My interval trainer and I are going to do it together.
