L - 4oz tuna
S - Babybel cheese round
D - 4 oz stir fry chicken w/bok choy and bamboo shoots
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and 50 leaning push-ups done during the day

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - two cheese sticks

L - two small meatballs with marinara and two deviled egg halves (leftover)

S - probably wont eat one, forgot my nuts and VERY full

D - two meatballs and two deviled egg halves (finish off the leftovers)

S - greek yogurt if I need a snack

Hey keep your finders crossed for me.  I have my appt with my surgeon next month (2-27-15) and I want to lose 12 more pounds by then to be at 199! I have been averaging 11 to 13 lbs. per month the last few months so I should be able to do it if I stay on track.

Our snow total was 2". What a joke. They said a super storm was headed our way. Even shut down the Government for 1 1/2 days.

I guess a lot of it went right into New England. I can only imagine if it had hit as they were projecting. I do not want to relive the 3' snows from a couple of years ago.
