Happy Sunday everyone, missed yesterday again, odd

Bites: 

protein shake

oatmeal

protein shake

few cheezies - scrabble

4 cookies

meatloaf and salad with butternut squash ( never had butternut squash before)

yogurt with a bit of seeds and bran in it

chips - scrabble again - I was overall pretty good til I got here, darn

Vites: all in and did them up for the next two weeks

Exercites: nothing I am sore from working out with my trainer lol I hope to get started again soon

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Gina, I'm coming to your house for some vegetable beef soup. I miss my Mom's.

Double protein decaf coffee

Dunkin Donut bacon, egg, & cheese. Threw out most of the bread. Ordered extra bacon.

I haven't seen any girl scouts around here and hubby didn't have a run-in at the grocery store Saturday.  I think we're safe this week.

The homemade soup filled 2 big pots, come on down!  : )

S - taking bean snacks to the movies with me to crunch on

D - Not sure yet going to the movies with mom will eat dinner when I get home, probably something light like yogurt and cheese

Well I post ahead of time due to the time difference and sometimes I veer off my plan a little....but I try to stick to it as best as I can.  I have noticed that lately due to the cold perhaps, I am hungrier at night, need a little extra something in the evening.  Maybe just because I am getting farther out.....I don't know. I definitely still have my light days where I get full very easy (yogurt and cheese fills me up) and others days where I feel like I graze all day and cant get full.  Haha

Thank You, but I do post ahead of time and sometimes veer from the path a little....especially in the evening.  I don't know if it is because I am farther out now (7 months) or the cold weather but sometimes at night now I feel really hungry and eat an extra snack or a graze a little at night.  Trying to watch this and not let it get out of control.  I really appreciate your feedback and encouragement, I am pretty much doing this alone!
