People usually talk about 50 and under for the losing phase. I would track what your input is for a couple of days and then set some goals to get you down to 50. It can be a hard cycle to break out of, at least for me. Good luck.
We are not all the same and things do change over time. I would cut back to Atkins Induction, 20 or less to lose the regain and then increase slowly to see what I could tolerate.
