Happy Friday, I just noticed I missed yesterday

Bites:

Pizza pop

grapes

muffin

sausage and perogies and mixed veggies

couple of donut holes

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

Feelings: doing ok reading a book, it is called Naturally Thin, I like some of the stuff in it, but we will see, seems aweful vague to me and I have a few days off work so hoping to get some stuff done here

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - cheese stick

L - beef fajitas and a few bites of beans with co-workers

S - None, going to be too full

D - Not sure yet, have my grandson. Might cook some chicken or take him out and just have greek yogurt and cheese stick when I get home. 

S - depends on dinner

Vites:  forgot this morning, Ugh. Will try to get two doses in before bed.
