iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day

Happy Tuesday everyone,

Bites:
oatmeal with apple and nuts on it

orange

bacon tomato toasted sandwich

greek yogurt

protein shake

a bit of chips, not much

2 pieces pizza the reg stuff - ordered in, two of the boys came home for supper

ice cream sundae

vites: all in

exercites: none

Feelings: did some writing last night about a few things so I hope the diet, exercise thinking relaxes a bit.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

L - two small meatballs with marinara and a deviled egg (leftover from last night)

D - two small meatballs and 1 1/2 deviled eggs (leftover from last night)

Have you seen all the "waffle" foods? It's in my new feeds, on Facebook, YouTube,etc.  it's where you take any leftover food and reheat it in the waffle iron. Tonight, I tried a soft corn tortilla, taco meat, cheese, & salsa. It was frickin' awesome. The cheese harden on the edges and crisped up righteously.
