Just trying to mix it up a bit with the HWC...I think I'm going back to 1/2 & 1/2 though. 1/2 & 1/2 seems to make my system a little less volatile.

I am doing good with the weight loss again. I was stuck for a few of weeks, but dropped seven pounds this week. It seems to come in chunks now, stalls then big chunks for a week or so. Since the big loss the first two months, I have settled into a slower rate of losing, with stalls along the way. I document my weight loss every month to look at trends so the stalls don't kill me.  Overall, I am losing 11 to 13 lbs per month now which is slow but very respectable and if it continues at even 10 lbs. per month I will reach my goal by my one year anniversary. Yay! I am 7 months out and have lost 140 lbs. Not too shabby!

lol   Buttered peanuts sound sinful. I would like some boiled peanuts though, I love the salt.
