1/2 a salad - coworker didn't bring any lunch so I shared
a few cookies
some cheezies
cauliflower pizza with chicken breast and green onion and cheese on it - very good
ice cream for dessert
Vites: all in
Exercites: 30 min of interval training
Feelings: still with the dry throat but otherwise back to normal, so hopefully back on track today

Re: vitamin K. Gina, you take vita lady's K1. 1,000 mcg once daily AND vitamin K2 100 mcg 2 times a day? Did I get that right?

Noreen HW 352 / SW 324 / CW 175/ LW/ 148 / GW 150 (achieved Aug 14 '11)
I take 1 capsule of vitamin K1 and 4 capsules of vitamin K2 a day. The K2 is 150 mcg per capsule and I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.
