Potassium pills Klor-Con 20m making me so sick any suggestions

Potassium at 3.0 taking Klor Con 20 m daily they are killing me nausea, light headed, tummy hurts reminds me of iron pills. Bleck 

K citrate (Urocit-K) is much better (and you need as a DSer) than KCl (KlorCon), refer to my prior post I replied to for your 3 month labs.  A little tweeking you will be ok.  I took KCl for years, switched to Kcitrate, big difference.  Hope you feel better.

Thank you air bender, I am feeling so sick...potassium low my iron has tanked, iron pills make me nauseous.  Waiting on my Proferrin to arrive, and contacted doctor to switch me to Urocit.  In the ER yesterday due to potassium, I'm a hot mess and I just want to cry.  No appetite just trying to stay hydrated and take my other vites...this has been challenging the last few weeks
