My calcium batches are 600mg of Vitalady's calcium citrate only capsules, 1 - 3mg tablet of boron, 1 - 500mg capsule of Vitalady's magnesium citrate. I take 4 of those batches in addition to the regular big batches of vitamins. Those big batches also include a calcium batch that I take at the very end of the dose. Those big batches take me about a half an hour to take and the calcium goes at the very end. I've also added 2 - 150mcg capsules of Vitalady's vitamin K2, which helps bones. I take the usual 50,000IUs of Vitalady's dry D3. At my age, I'm also on hormone replacements...all help with bone health. The other things they'll tell you is to stop drinking cola colored soft drinks, reduce coffee and tea, and do weight bearing exercise. I took Fosomax for a year and went off. It help stop the bone loss but I wasn't seeing any improvement until I started taking the vitamin K2.
