S - 7 oz Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - ham
S - deviled eggs
L - white chicken chili
S - snack size bag of buttered popcorn
S - peanuts
D - meat loaf and mashed cauliflower
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none except standing at the computer all day

leftover stir fry

Vites: didn't do so good today

Exercites: none

I slept most of the day and ate a bit then went back to bed.

Feelings: I am feeling better today, still slow moving lol

L - Teriyaki chicken and a few steamed vegetables (Teriyaki Bowl with colleagues)

S - Greek Yogurt

D - Egg casserole leftover (eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese and cream cheese)

S - None
