S - snack size bag of buttered popcorn
D - pork chop in cream of mushroom soup "gravy" and mashed cauliflower
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
none except standing at the computer all day

Exercites: 1 class on aquasize 45 min
Feelings: tired and still frustrated, just about drove hubby crazy with the food -diet talk. I do really love him. Things have settled down in my head a bit to feel a bit better today

After seeing crack slaw/krak slaw on several of your posts I made a mental note to try that when I was ready. I had never heard of it before.
We tried it tonight. I was able to eat 3.5 ounces - most food I've ever been able to eat yet and the family raved. Thay was an hour ago so I'm pretty positive it's staying down.
Anyway - what a huge hit all around. They want it added to the rotation, which is great since very few interesting things are acceptable for all of us!
Thank you! Here you probably think posting your bites is moral support for you but really reading them everyday gives me hope for a life outside of protein shakes!
Now that I'm 6 weeks out and can have coffee (they said start out decaf) I want to know about these protein coffees everyone is having. A Google search turns up many options.
