Welcome back! My favorite protein is Syntrax Nectar Vanilla Bean but I've seen that Syntrax also makes a "Medical" which is close to flavorless. You might check Vitalady.com for sample protein and look for the Syntrax Medical.

Thanks so much! I didn't see the vanilla bean flavor on the vitalady samples, but I did find this at Vitacost, but not positive this is it as it says it is nectar sweets and it says torte. Is this it? http://www.vitacost.com/syntrax-nectar-whey-protein-isolate-powder-vanilla-bean-torte
It says 6 gr protein per serving. How much do you put in your cup of coffee?
Where do you purchase yours?
Yes, that's the one. I buy from Vitalady or Vitamin Shoppe. My method to make protein coffee is to use a 20 oz blender bottle with wire ball. Brew a pot of coffee. Add 3oz of whipping cream, 3 oz of cool water, 1 heaping scoop of protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, and sweeten with Splenda or Truvia as needed. Shake to blend for about 5 seconds. Pour hot coffee over top of the cool protein slurry and tilt gently to blend. Always add the hot liquid on top of the cool protein slurry to keep it from clumping or cooking the protein. Enjoy!
