Happy Saturday everyone, I am off to work for the day

oatmeal, apple and almonds

spinach salad

protein shake

greek yogurt

special k crisp - 2 little wafer things

little box of raisins

Chinese food and dessert _ restaurant with friends (ate to much)

Vites: all in

Exercites: day off

Feelings: got lots down today did my Christmas returns, cleaned the apt and even fit in a game of scrabble and a bit of a rest.
