I love this recipe and wanted to share but I know you guys will do it DS style. Enjoy!

Been thinking about trying this but wondering if the mushroom would be overwhelming?? I guess it wouldn't hurt to give it a whirl.

It's strange but it really does have a meaty taste to it. I really loved it, the only thing I would change was getting a bigger mushroom (to hold more goodies) and salute the veggies first since it's not in the oven that long.... Let me know what you think?
