D - leftover pot roast, green beans and mashed cauliflower
S - 2 Babybel cheese rounds

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none except standing at the computer all day

Happy Friday everyone,

oatmeal with apple and almonds 

chef salad

donut

grapes

biscotti ( not sure of spelling)

sandwich

2-3 chocolates (cant quite remember)

yogurt

veggies and dip ( could eat the whole helping I had)

Vites: all in

Exercites: 30 min cardio dvd ( it has been a tough exercise week) but feel fabulous

B - Premier protein shake

S - None 

L - fajitas (beef and chicken) with a few bites of beans but no rice or tortillas

S - greek yogurt lite and fit

D - chicken tender and a cheese stick

S - handful of almonds

This is my favorite recipe for mashed cauliflower. I use a bag of frozen cauliflower, instead of a whole head, and I cook the cauliflower at least double the time suggested. Link: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/mock-garlic-mashed-potato es-recipe.html
