none except standing at the computer all day

Happy Wednesday everyone, back to work for me just finished two days off, but its not bad I have the 3-11pm shift

Bites:

oatmeal, with a bit of apple and slivered almonds and cinnamon in it

greek yogurt and grapes

salad

protein shake

perogies, sausage and veggie

Greek yogurt

Vites: all in

Exercite: 35 min interval in my home gym and 2 aquasize classes

Feelings: I feel really good about both my eating and exercise, and overall wellbeing,

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - a few bites of homemade chili beans with HB meat (snack day at work, skipped the sweets, chips and bread)

L - four small sweedish type meatballs (from snack day at work, skipped the sweets, chips and bread)

S - almonds

D - chicken tender and cheese stick

S - taziki (greek yogurt with a few pita chips)

Hi ladies

I looked into switching from a few wheat thins or pita chips to nut thins, but although they have a little more protein, the carb count is about the same.  I really need something to eat with my hummus and tazkiki, what are your thoughts?

Thanks I didnt think of those.  I dont eat wheat thins or pita chips everyday, and it is the the only wheat/flour products I allow myself, but I do eat them occasionally because I love Hummus and Greek Yogurt Cucumber dip (Taziki) which are both healthy foods for me.  I will try those. Thanks.

Have you tried the nut thins? Am I mistaken? I would think they would be much higher in protein and very little carbs if made from nuts and not wheat/flour.  I also looked at parmesan cheese chips/crackers and they too were high in carbs. Frustrating!
