Happy Wednesday everyone, back to work for me just finished two days off, but its not bad I have the 3-11pm shift
Bites:
oatmeal, with a bit of apple and slivered almonds and cinnamon in it
greek yogurt and grapes

perogies, sausage and veggie

Exercite: 35 min interval in my home gym and 2 aquasize classes

Thanks I didnt think of those. I dont eat wheat thins or pita chips everyday, and it is the the only wheat/flour products I allow myself, but I do eat them occasionally because I love Hummus and Greek Yogurt Cucumber dip (Taziki) which are both healthy foods for me. I will try those. Thanks.
Have you tried the nut thins? Am I mistaken? I would think they would be much higher in protein and very little carbs if made from nuts and not wheat/flour. I also looked at parmesan cheese chips/crackers and they too were high in carbs. Frustrating!
