D - pot roast and mashed cauliflower
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none except standing at the computer all day

Happy Thursday Everyone,

Bites:
oatmeal, apple and almonds with cinnamon

protein bar

salad

protein shake

chicken sandwich

veggies and dip

yogurt 

3 chocolates

a handful of nuts

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1 session of aquasize deep water for 45 min

Feelings: feeling really positive and excited about trying the new eating and exercise stuff, I spent last year getting into exercise and I am finally feeling like I can do this again and still praying the eating will continue to be positive.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

B - Premier Protein shake

S - cheese stick

L - Greek yogurt and cheese stick

S - almonds

D - not sure yet might eat out with mom. If so, cabbage roll at my friend's restaurant. If at home, chicken tenders.

She is very supportive.  She did not want me to have the surgery at first, mainly out of fear I think. It turns out my support person had to back out and my mom went with me.  She has been there for me every step of the way since and become my biggest cheerleader.  With the exception of her, I have pretty much done this alone.  My boyfriend and I broke up over me deciding to have the surgery and my son and daughter in law have been less than supportive.  Mom's are awesome.

I'm glad to hear that. My mom unwittingly planted the seed for me to start looking into weight loss surgery. I'm sure that wasn't her intent. lol  Anyway, she has been a great supporter too.
