Hi guys,
I guess many of us are back on the straight and narrow today. Make it a great day and the start of good habits.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - tuna
S - 2 bunless hot dogs
S - popcorn
S - peanuts
D - pork chops w/cream of mushroom soup "gravy" over rice (rice is all gone)
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none, but a few push-ups

Happy Monday everyone, 

Bites:(this is for Sunday)

Strawberry protein shake

12 grain bagel and coffee

1 slice cheese

1/2 cup grapes

1 cup hamburger helper

2 cookies (shortbread)

a few chocolates

glass of orange juice

1/2 an orange

Vites: all in

Exercites: nothing

It's my 25th wedding anniversary today, so will be having a super interesting supper but that has to wait for tomorrows check in, I always report a day behind.

Back at work today, hoping to get back to my routine of healthy eating.....veered a little of plan over the holidays.
