Happy Boxing Day

Bites:

Brunch : bacon, eggs, and potatoes and 1 slice of toast with orange juice

Supper: Turkey, ham, potato salad, mac salad, stuffing, gravy, and cranberries

few Christmas treats

Vites: missed supper

Exercites: none - did some travelling

 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
