Well what a beautiful Sunday, it is cold here but the new snow makes everything look amazing

Bites:

stir-fry thing - egg. hashbrown, spinach, mini tomatoes, and sausage, I ate about half

orange

Christmas treats at work, nuts, chocolates, cookies

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Happy Sunday.  Had the day to myself. Wonderful, except all the carbs I managed to graze on. Tomorrow it's back to work and with a schedule comes better eating.

Double protein decaf coffee

2 soft boiled eggs w/ fried ham cubes & 1 slice of buttered rye toast smooshed in.

Double protein decaf coffee

1 caramel

chips & sour cream onion dip

handful of sugared pecans

toppings off 1 slice of Meat Lovers pizza

caramel popcorn

cheese crackers

Bunless cheeseburger (hubs makes the best!)

baked beans

I know but i cant stand the powders anymore so i drink the Premier protein but they only sell it at Costco and i dont have a membership. I got tired of asking people to buy it for me. Tomorrow is payday and i am going to Costco to get a membership and my protein drinks. I can definitely feel the difference without them.😞
