Here's mine:
Brew a pot of coffee.
In a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 3oz of heavy whipping cream and 3oz of water. Add a dash of cinnamon and 1 heaping scoop of vanilla whey protein isolate powder (Syntrax Nectar Vanilla Bean). Cover and shake for about 5 seconds to blend. Fill to the tip top with hot coffee, then cover and tilt the bottle gently to stir.
Always add hot liquid on top of cool protein slurry to keep the mixture from clumping and the protein isolate from cooking.
