Ok so yesterday was not such a good day, food wise
Bites:
strawberry protein shake
two small squares less then an inch by an inch, maybe half that
double hamburger and a few fries
some meat and cheese
few chocolates
handful of chips with diet pop
3 pieces pizza and some ribs
ice cream
Vites: all in
Exercites: none- is stuff on mon tue and wed, but my son is over and I have fallen off exercising again so hope to do an hour.

I think I've only done this twice in five and a half years, but I'm going to try to be better at doing it in 2015:
B- 30g Protein Shake, MickeyD's Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagel, 12 oz. OJ (guestimate: 40g)
S- Beef stick and Cheese snack pack, vendor made - Farmer's Market. (guestimate about 20g)
L-3 ozMixed greens salad with 2 oz grilled chicken strips and 1T 4-cheese Mexican shreds, OJ
S- 15g 8oz Protein shake w dark cocoa powder(2.12g)
D-4oz Red beans w/ 1oz cooked brown & wild rice, 1T Mexican 4-cheese shreds, 2oz mixed green salad, 1 sliced mini-tomato (not cherry or grape-type), 1T Chunky Blue Cheese salad dressing, 12 oz Coke
S-5 boiled chicken gilets - while chopping up giblets for Christmas dinner gravy - I have basically been prepping Christmas Dinner ingredients, even though my sister and I are having dinner at a friend's home. I will probably have a bratwurst with Bavarian sauerkraut and brown mustard in about a half hour. I usually have another mini-shake (8 oz) about a half hour before turning in.

Exercites:
2 laps around the inside of Farmer's Market (for Stevie Wonder fans, it's laid out in a square circle), walked the entire sidewalk of the large strip mall next door, plus at least three laps inside Big Lots, looking for stuff. I'd guess a total of a couple miles.
Sounds awesome and getting the walking in is a bonus! : )
