Happy Tuesday everyone, I get today and tomorrow off 

Bites:

2 coffee with creamer

strawberry shake

yogurt

salmon sandwich and an orange

apple and cheese

4 chicken strips (small ones) with tossed salad

4 chocolates

about 10 chips

yogurt

1/4 of nuts

Vites: all in

Exercites 1/2 cardio and 1/2 hour weight training - kind of wanted to make up for some bad eating yesterday

putting up a good fight to get back on track
