none

Happy Wednesday everyone, WooHoo Hump day - we need a camel- what happened to the camel

Bites:

strawberry protein shake

3 chocolates

hamburger and 5 fries

omelet with some potatoes and 1 slice toast

creamsicle protein shake- excellent flavor

handful of cheezies at the scrabble game with hubby

pie and ice cream - which is now gone

Vites: all done

Exercites: 1/2 hour cardio and 1/2 hour weight training
