So for yesterday I ate, watch for it, it is aweful, wait it is coming
Bites:
chocolate, pb shake with 1/2 a banana- it was leftover from the day before
2 egg whites and a couple pieces of cheese
apple
Christmas orange
small plate of salad - leftover from day before
4 graham crackers with pb
1/2 cucumber and 4 mini tomatoes
5 chocolates
few cheeqies
yogurt
big pork steak, potatoes and carrots
pie and scoop of ice cream
ice cream treat
4 cookies and cup of tea
that is what I ate on Sunday- totally embarassed to post this.
