I was constipated very early out but once I added Magnesium oxide with all my calcium doses that seemed to do the trick for me. Worst feeling in the world......
Thank you for responding SweetMel7! I had to do a couple days of Phillip's Milk of Magnesia to get thing moving. Then I started to add fats and things seem to be as "normal" as can be! I seem to be a "one and done" first thing in the morning kinda gal! I'll take it!!
