Bites: for Friday, boy going from memory- was a busy day yesterday

Banana

Yogurt

Shake

Grilled cheese

Cookie

Donut

Chinese food

Homemade candy

Couple shortbread cookies

Spoon of ice cream

Vites: all in and got a month done up this morning

Exercites: my trainer came to me and we did an hour of intervals in my building gym

Visited hubbys mom last night, so that was nice

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I'm glad to see you still have a trainer, I thought you were having to go without one right now. You do a great job with your exercise.

Saturday again.  Just been feeling full but still wanting to be eating lately. Crazy!!
Also feeling bloated... Arghhhh. :) 

B-protein shake
L-turkey soup
L2-cottage cheese and crackers
S- jerky
D-Boston market chicken dinner, potatoes and spinach?
S- ??

Exercites - 30 minutes on the exercise bike. So happy that my foot is not giving me 
a problem over this...

Would more probiotic work?  I haven't seen anything in your Bites that should make you so miserable.  : (

I'm glad your foot is on the mend.

Maybe a better probiotic but it only happens once in a while.  I usually just take a
VitaCost probiotic that I buy to get free shipping.  :)

It doesn't happen very often. Better today.
Sometimes when I have crackers it takes a day or two before I get some upset.
